General Manager's Speech
A Warm welcome to all honorable guests from all over the world.
First of all on behalf of Sun Hang Travel I sincerely extend my invitation to all of you to come visit the beautiful Canada, place of the maple leaves.
Being a long time overseas Chinese Canadian and an agent in the travel industry, I am proud to witness the recent emergence of China being a rich and powerful nation. I am especially encouraged by the ever increasing overseas traveling by the Chinese people and frequent visit to China by the Canadian citizens
I was born in the City of Zhongshan, Guangdong Province which happens also to be the birthplace of the great statesman of Chinese recent history , Dr. Sun Yat Sun.. Despite the long separation from my mother country, I have always been interested and concerned about the development of China. It is also my wish that Chinese people in China and all over the world be able to visit Canada, a nation named many times by the United Nations as the most livable country on earth.
Over the period, I have always engaged myself and take pride in fostering the communication and interaction between the people of both China and Canada. I am humbled to be able to involve in the growth and development in the tourism industry between China and Canada. From my 15 years of experience in the travel industry, I have learned and appreciated that high quality customer service is the key to success. It has also become the company mission of Sun Hang Travel and is reflected positively, in my opinion, by the lasting loyalty of our existing customers and increasing number of new clients.
It is my pledge, as well as my colleagues', to keep all customers satisfied through the provision of professional service.
Once again, I cordially invite all of you to visit Canada and look forward to meeting you all in the Country of Maple Leaves soon.
